INTEGRATED CONTEMPORARY PERFORMANCE©
Integrated Contemporary Performance is a contemporary professional development pathway for classical musicians, which radically upgrades skills for classical musicians to become original performing artists, solo and in ensemble at an international level of excellence.
Its primary focus is a new systematic method of improvisation, which allows classical musicians to improvise their own entire two-hour recital programs of meaningful inspired classical music, still using the rich sounds and musical languages of classical music, without having to resort to jazz or study analytical theory.
It makes use of all the finesse and classical training already accomplished, and keeps all the same high standards and excellence of technique, musical expression and meaningfulness which we have come to expect from classical music.
This new approach, which was developed by an international concert violinist, is for all instruments including strings, harp, guitar, brass, woodwind, percussion, piano and voice. It is being acclaimed by soloists, professional chamber ensembles and music professors at conservatoires around the world.
The Integrated Contemporary Performance programs are already underway at selected universities, European summer academies, professional performing and teaching associations in Australia, Europe and the UK.
